Regular hand soap will be too thick, but you can use hand soap diluted 1:2-4 with water. However, I feel it’s best to use foaming soap since it is a foaming dispenser.


There is nothing to open. It is touchless so you put your hand underneath and the soap dispenses automatically!

No it does not. But I really like it. It works perfectly. Note this is a foaming soap dispenser so make sure you buy liquid soap made for foaming dispensers. Regular liquid soap is too thick and will not work. The soap is almost like water but foams when dispensed.


Squeeze the tube to push out thick soap. Make sure the soap solution is diluted at least at 4:1 ratio. I assembled it back together, gave us a few shake to make sure the solution is well mixed. Try to dispense again.

Actually not, this soap dispenser is not rechargeable, it works only with 4 AAA Alkaline batteries.
