Automatic toilet flusher or touchless toilet flushometer or automatic toilet flush valve uses active infrared sensor technology which uses the emission and reception of infrared beams to detect the presence and movement of objects or people in their field of detection. When the sensor detected the body, it is ready to work. When people leave, it flushes water automatically.

Concealed automatic toilet flusher

For concealed automatic toilet flusher, as the name, it is concealed inside the wall and showed only the panel outside. it contains the control box and panel. The control box has an advanced solenoid valve and battery box which is concealed inside the wall. The material for the panel always comes with stainless steel, some come with a cheaper plastic panel, the infrared sensor was integrated on the panel. Some items come with a push button, when the touchless function not work, they still can use the push manual button to flash.

When people coming, the sensor will detect it and active the valve to open or close according the SCM programe.The concealed touchless toilet flusher is widely used in commercial restrooms and home.

How are automatic flush toilets powered?

The automatic flush toilets need electricity power for sure. There are two types, DC battery and AC power supply.

Urinal Flusher Battery Box

DC battery operated, normally 6V 4xAA alkaline batteries. Batteries shall last approximately 3000 times/month for one year. Battery replacement is easy, just open the battery box cover and put the new alkaline batteries into the box. Notice: please take care of the battery polarity.

AC adapter, one side with power plug and one side with waterproof connector connect with the sensor or control box. The input can be 110v-380v and output 6V-9V. The ac adapter is not expensive and can buy it separately.
