Disclosed automatic urinal flusher with the whole flush valve disclosed outside. It is installed on top of the ceramic urinal sets and inside it integrated the infrared sensor and solenoid valve. You can see the sensor window on the surface of the flushometer.

Concealed ceramic urinal flushometer:

The concealed ceramic urinal flushometer is concealed inside the ceramic sets, you can see the sensor window panel on top of the ceramic urinal set. The panel material can be glass, stainless steel, or plastic. Inside the panel, there is a control box with the flushometer valve and battery box.

The concealed wall mounted automatic urinal flusher valve is mainly composed of 2 parts —- a faceplate with an infrared sensor on the wall and a control box with a flush valve inside the wall. One faceplate can match with different control boxes.

We provide various flushing systems for different applications. People can select the one which fits their requirements. High level with brass valve and stainless steel housing, or cheap flush valve with plastic valve and housing. Some items come with a manual push button which allows manually flush by press the button.

Does automatic urinal flush need electricity?

The auto urinal flush needs electricity for sure. We have auto urinal flusher with DC battery and AC power supply.

Urinal Flusher Battery Box

DC battery operated, normally 6V 4xAA alkaline batteries. Batteries shall last approximately 3000 times/month for one year. Battery replacement is easy, just open the battery box cover and put the new alkaline batteries into the box. Notice: please take care of the battery polarity.

AC adapter, one side with power plug and one side with waterproof connector connect with the sensor or control box. The input can be 110v-380v and output 6V-9V. The ac adapter is not expensive and can buy it separately.

Automatic urinal flusher installation


Dig a suitable hole on the wall according to the installation instruction. Inter control box into the wall and connect the inlet pipe and outlet pipe. Open the stop-valve to ensure all the connectors are watertight.

The distance between the housing surface and the ceramic tiles should be longer than 15mm.

Adjust the position of the control box, fixed with pieces of wood or other fillers. Then cover the control box by protecting the board to avoid the solenoid valve be damaged when filling the cement around the control box. Finally, laying the tiles.

The protecting board should be taken down when finished.

1. A wire connected to the 220V power source should be laid before placing the control box into the wall.
2. Connect the connectors as shown right, place the power supply box as figure 1 shows.
3. Connect the power supply box to the power source.
4. Fix the auto urinal flush face plate on the control box.

Please shut off the power source during the installation.

Automatic urinal flusher uses infrared sensor technology that when you stand in front of urinal ceramic, the sensor detects and gives a pulse signal to the solenoid valve to open and give 2s pre-flush, then stop. After you leave, again 6s flush automatically. Program control all the process.

There are many reason which may cause an automatic flush urinal keeps running.

  • Batteries run out may cause the valve not closed. You need to change the batteries in this case.
  • Low water pressure can cause water leakage, you need to check the reason.
  • Also, check the solenoid valve to see if it is stuck and cause the valve can not close.
